Ruched & Ready is a fashion brand located in Liverpool, exclusively designed for girls and women who want to embrace their curves and feel confident. Our founder Lucy ensures that each piece is tailored to fit our curve girl, altering lengths slightly depending on the size. We offer a range of sizes from UK 6-20, and our designs are loved by many customers, celebrities and influencers. We have an exciting new opportunity to grow our team to keep in line with brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Putting together the range plan and drops – Planning the range from trends, best sellers, customer feedback and inspiration always ensuring the product is true to our identity and brand message.
- Ownership from first initial concept to final seal of the product
- Overseeing the fitting and sealing of samples
- Sourcing new fabrics
- Building relationships & liaising with new and existing suppliers and working with them on development and ranges
- Reporting on collections, monitoring stock and responsible for rebuys
- Pulling together trend packs seasonally
- Putting together buy sheets and ensuring deliveries with suppliers are met and on time
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Buying / Fashion or related filed / equivalent experience
- Proven experience in buying
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
- Passion for fashion and understanding of body diversity
- 3 years plus experience preferred in Fashion Buying

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Social Media strategy across Instagram & Tiktok
- Plan content shoots and create content to be used on our social channels (Images and video content for Instagram reels/Tiktoks)
- Help towards creating & publishing content across our social channels
- Liaise with our paid marketing team and google ads team and supply them with weekly updates and creative – analyse reports to ensure ads are working well and hitting high ROAS.
- Work with our Email marketing team and share social calendar and content to come up with monthly email plans – sign off creative and headlines.
- Responsible for paid content and gifting collaborations with Influencers and Celebrities
- Stay up to date with social trends and Tiktok trends and ensure we are in line with the market
- Build relationships and find new content creators to collaborate with who are in line with our brand and brand ethos.
- Raise brand awareness through our social channels
- Confident in coordinating Photoshoots and content creation days and trips.
- Confident in using Canva or similar tool to create stories for social media and paid ads.
Qualifications:
- Batchelors degree in Marketing / Social Media / Fashion or related filed / equivalent experience
- Proven experience in social media or content creation
- Strong understanding of social media, trends and algorithms
- Creative and ability to generate content ideas
- Confident in photoshoot environments and working with an external team (Photography/make up/hair/models)
- Able to confidently take photographs & videos for social media (iPhone content)
- Organised and able to multitask
- Experience in paid social advertising is a plus
- 3 years plus experience preferred in Social Media
