Ruched & Ready is a fashion brand located in Liverpool, exclusively designed for girls and women who want to embrace their curves and feel confident. Our founder Lucy ensures that each piece is tailored to fit our curve girl, altering lengths slightly depending on the size. We offer a range of sizes from UK 6-20, and our designs are loved by many customers, celebrities and influencers. We have an exciting new opportunity to grow our team to keep in line with brand growth.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Putting together the range plan and drops – Planning the range from trends, best sellers, customer feedback and inspiration always ensuring the product is true to our identity and brand message.
• Ownership from first initial concept to final seal of the product
• Overseeing the fitting and sealing of samples
• Sourcing new fabrics
• Building relationships & liaising with new and existing suppliers and working with them on development and ranges
• Reporting on collections, monitoring stock and responsible for rebuys
• Pulling together trend packs seasonally
• Putting together buy sheets and ensuring deliveries with suppliers are met and on time

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Buying / Fashion or related filed / equivalent experience
• Proven experience in buying
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
• Passion for fashion and understanding of body diversity
• 2 years experience preferred in Fashion Buying
