Returns & Exchanges
Please note we are unable to offer free returns at this time, returns are paid for by the customer, we recommend obtaining proof of postage & returning your item in our original packaging.
All orders are sent with a return form, a return must be requested via our return portal before sending:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt & have a valid return number via our portal
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed & original tags attached
- Items must not have make up/tan marks, please ensure you try with care
We offer a zero tolerance policy on items that are returned in a used state and/or not tried with care, which includes make up marks, tan marks, perfume and body odor scents and any other signs of wear that may hinder the ability to resell the item.
We reserve the right to reject returns on this basis. Items that are sent back to us with the original tags unattached or tampered with will also be rejected and returned back to the customer, please ensure these are attached if returned.
Please try your items with care & note we are only able to refund items that are sent back in their original condition.
Items sent back for a refund:
Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days of reaching our warehouse. Please note once your refund is processed by us it can take up to 7-10 working days for your bank to process this back into your account if you paid via card. Paypal refunds are instant. (Refund will be for the item cost only, original postage costs will not be refunded)
Items sent back for exchange:
Exchanges will be sent within 2 working days of reaching our warehouse, standard delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability once your order is received at our warehouse, if we cannot fulfil your exchange your original order will be refunded.
Please note we are only able to exchange UK orders, International orders can only be sent back for a refund.

Due to strict Brexit policies we will try to assist you with your return, all returned items need to state ‘UK RETURNED GOODS’ & we cannot be responsible for duty or taxes, if you wish to return your international order please get in touch with us first.
Items received faulty:
In the unlikely event that your item is received faulty please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order details so we can get back to you, please note items that are worn then notified afterwards as received with a fault will not be eligible for return or refund.
